1. Legal Disclaimer – Crowdfunding Participation

By pledging to this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that:

This project is a crowdfunding campaign intended to support the development and production of a new product. You are not purchasing a ready-made retail product.

All rewards are offered as future product deliveries based on best-effort manufacturing and fulfillment.

You understand and accept that crowdfunding projects involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Manufacturing delays
  • Component shortages
  • Shipping delays
  • Regulatory or certification adjustments
  • Design refinements during production

We commit to transparent communication throughout the entire process.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Before Campaign Completion

Backers may request a cancellation and refund before the campaign ends.

Refund requests must be submitted via the Kickstarter messaging system or official support email.

Approved refunds will be processed according to Kickstarter’s payment handling policies.

2.2 After Campaign Completion

Once the campaign has successfully ended, all pledges are considered final and binding contributions, and are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions may apply only under the following conditions:

  • The project is officially cancelled by the creator
  • The product cannot be manufactured due to unforeseen constraints
  • The project becomes materially impossible to fulfill

In such cases, refunds will be issued based on remaining available project funds after reasonable deductions for development and administrative costs already incurred.

2.3 Important Note

Due to the nature of crowdfunding, funds are immediately allocated toward:

  • Research & development
  • Tooling and manufacturing setup
  • Component procurement
  • Logistics preparation

Therefore, refunds after production has begun may not be possible.

3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on current production forecasts and best available information.

However, delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change.

3.2 Possible Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing complexity
  • Component supply chain issues
  • Quality control improvements
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • International logistics disruptions

We will actively notify all backers of any material changes.

3.3 Shipping Responsibility

Backers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Responding to address confirmation requests
  • Any customs duties or import taxes required by local authorities (if applicable)

4. Return, Replacement & DOA Policy

We stand behind product quality and offer support for defective or damaged units.

4.1 Eligible Cases

We accept return or replacement requests only for:

  • Product arrives damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) units
  • Functional failure under normal use conditions

4.2 Reporting Period

All issues must be reported within:

14 days from the date of delivery

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

4.3 Proof Requirements

To process any claim, backers must provide:

  • Clear photo or video evidence
  • Description of the issue
  • Order / backer information

4.4 Resolution Options

Depending on the case, we may provide:

  • Replacement unit
  • Replacement parts
  • Repair instructions or technical support
  • Partial or full replacement (at our discretion)

4.5 Non-Eligible Cases

This policy does NOT cover:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Improper installation or usage
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

5. Limited Warranty

All products include a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

5.1 Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware failure under normal operating conditions
  • Electrical or component malfunctions not caused by user error

5.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by power surges, water, or external factors

5.3 Warranty Service

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • Full product replacement
  • Repair service guidance
  • Remote technical support

All warranty decisions are made at the discretion of the support team after issue evaluation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss or third-party system incompatibility
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the original pledge

7. Communication & Updates

We are committed to maintaining transparent communication with all backers.

We will provide:

  • Regular production updates
  • Manufacturing progress reports
  • Shipping timeline updates
  • Issue resolution notices

All official updates will be published through the Kickstarter campaign page.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By backing this project, you confirm that:
